Main Menu Flow

By tapping the Menu Icon (three stacked lines at the top right corner), studio staff can access helpful information and customize PRF under the following categories: Settings, Subscriptions, About Voluta Digital, Knowledge Base and Support, PRF-Made Example Waiver, Release Notes, and Privacy Policy.

SETTINGS

SETTINGS allows studio management to customize PRF app. Six settings tabs intuitively organize the options. These settings are explained in depth in Settings Flow>Studio Tab 

 

SUBSCRIPTIONS

The Subscriptions pane allows management to choose the monthly PRF subscription level that best suits the studio, restore previously purchased subscriptions, and view Apple’s Terms and Conditions.

This means that single artists and mega-chain studios can level up or down anytime. In short, PRF offers the usual process for modern tech subscriptions—no BS, no hidden terms.

Note: Only studio management with the Master Passcode can access the Subscriptions interface. Piercer passcodes will not work.

  • Inside PRF app: Artists and studio staff can access the KB anytime directly within the app – no passcode required! Search support articles or submit a request for human support directly from the app.

  • On the Voluta Digital website: The KB is also publicly available here.

 

We offer email support, not phone support, so we can all slow down, describe an issue, attach screenshots, and win. Phones are useless here, so thanks for your effort. We are also tattooers, so we feel your struggle.

If you want to see or share an example of a PRF-made waiver, tap here, swipe around to see the waiver, and tap the green share icon in the top right corner. Your device's OS will offer the standard sharing options. This is a great way to share a waiver with your health department so they understand the power of your PRF app!
